– Nhỏ 2-3 giọt tinh dầu tràm ra lòng bàn tay, massage nhẹ nhàng lên gan bàn chân, ngực, cổ hỗ trợ giảm ho, sổ mũi, ngạt mũi, khò khè.
– Xoa vào bụng để giảm đầy hơi, chướng bụng.
– Bôi vào khẩu trang để kháng khuẩn, phòng Covid và các vi khuẩn gây bệnh
– Bôi và massage vào những vùng đau nhức, mỏi cơ, đau cơ,…
